HOW CAN I REGISTER AS A LIVLOLA MEMBER?

It is not compulsory to register as a member. However, it is recommended to create an account for your easy tracking before you check out.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Step 1: Add your favourite items to cart.

Step 2: Once you have finalised your orders, click on "CHECK OUT".

Step 3: Fill in your personal & shipping details. Double check on the items that you would like to purchase. Once it's done, click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD". If you're an existing customer, click "COMPLETE ORDER"

*To ensure efficient delivery of your parcel, remember to double check your shipping and billing address as well as mobile number to make sure all details are correct.

Step 4: Select Payment Option and proceed with the payment.

We accept payment from major credits cards via Stripe and Paypal.

Step 5: Please check your inbox. You will be receiving an automated email to confirm your order(s).

Step 6: You will be receiving another automated email from us to confirm that we've delivered the items. The delivery tracking number will be stated in the email for your own tracking.

Note: All orders are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout.

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION & RETURNS

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We provide free shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. There will be shipping fee charged for other international transactions. You may refer to our Shipping section for further details.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to change any details or make cancellation on orders after the order has been placed. So please ensure all personal details are filled correctly before placing your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

It depends on which delivery method you choose. Express delivery within Malaysia takes about 2-5 business day upon receiving order confirmation (where you receive a confirmation email from us), while next day delivery will be delivered on the next day upon receiving order confirmation. However, if you opt for Next Day Delivery, you will need to place an order before 10am.

For international orders (outside of Malaysia), there may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. More information here

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please emailask@livlola.com.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

You will be liable for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty fees.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 7-days hassle-free return for all of our items!

The item(s) must be in original condition with original tags remaining in place.  Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

- Full price item

- Unworn and unwashed

- Original tags attached

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

LIVLOLA offers a full refund depending on the return cases which will be reviewed by our team. All refunds include the item price (normal prices only) and exclude original shipping cost.

All returns shall be sent to our Returns Warehouse.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at ask@livlola.com using the email address used to order our item(s) prior to returning your item(s).

Pictures of the defected/wrongly delivered items should be shared with LIVLOLA within 2 days of receiving the goods via email ask@livlola.com or Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/livlolamy/)

In such case, please contact us at ask@livlola.com and we will exchange the item or arrange a refund.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items are returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

LIVLOLA cannot be held liable for the loss of items, bags, and garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE ACTIVEWEAR SET?

The full activewear set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at ask@livlola.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE ONLINE PROGRAM?

1. After you have made a purchase of any LIVLOLA Online Fitness Program, you will receive an email within 24 hours.

2. Find email titled "Welcome to LIVLOLA". If you couldn't find it in your Primary inbox, try looking for it at your Spam/Junk mail.

3. Set up your password for LIVLOLA Sweat Dashboard

4. Once you've setup your password, you will be able to access your LIVLOLA Sweat Dashboard.

HOW TO ACCESS ONLINE PROGRAM DAILY?
WILL THE ONLINE PROGRAM EXPIRE?

No. You will get lifetime access to this program.

DO I GET ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM WITH LIVLOLA MEMBER'S ACCOUNT?

No. The account that you have set up for this program is a separate account. Hence, you won't be able to access the program via LIVLOLA member's portal.

DO I GET UPDATES FROM THE PROGRAM (ie. NEW VIDEOS, GUIDES...)?

Yes, we will be updating the content in the program from time to time. So keep a look out for it!
